Hexham Partnership of schools is working together with members of the local community in the private, statutory and voluntary sectors to help children and young people achieve their potential.  We recognise that schools cannot work alone to support all the needs of children and young people and it is vital that we work in partnership with other agencies and organisations.  Our aim is to provide young people and their families with more opportunities and a comprehensive support network in our area.

The partnership of schools works successfully together in all areas and is supported by an experienced multi-agency staff.

The partnership has an established Extended Services team which monitors the partnership’s extended services action plan.  There is a highly impressive portfolio of provision covering the ES core offers.
